Government Funded (TPEW) Rail Training

Your on-job experience can count towards a qualification through the Trade Pathways Program.

Government Funded Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) & Gap Training:

The Trades Pathway Program can fast track experienced rail workers to obtain a qualification by recognising their existing skills and experience gained on-the-job through RPL.

RPL is a way of using your existing skills to get a credit towards learning you’ve undertaken on the job. Your experience and existing skills can be counted towards a formal qualification and may reduce the number of subjects required to complete the course.
