Improve your Safety Critical Communications

The Safety Critical Communications in the Rail Environment course is designed to develop and further increase participant’s communication and negotiation skills across the rail industry and improve safety critical communications behaviours.
During the course, you will learn how to:
* Provide timely and accurate operational information and coordination
* Communicate accurate operational information
* Contingency management skills to respond to unplanned situations
* Issue and record rail operational information.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND?
This course is ideal for rail safety workers who are required to identify and respond to operational information as part of their job. They may be new to the rail industry, seeking refresher training or requiring rectification training due to an incident.
WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE
Upon successful completion of all assessments, participants will receive a nationally recognised Statement of Attainment – TLIF0008 – Apply safety critical communications in the rail environment.
