TLISS00224 Rail Operations Fundamentals Skill Set
This course has been designed for entry-level individuals who are new to the rail operations environment.
Cat 1 Rail Medical – Chullora
This is the highest level of rail medical available and is for rail workers or contractors undertaking a safety critical role requiring a high level of attentiveness to their tasks and where sudden incapacity may result in a serious incident affecting the public or the rail network.
Road-Rail Plant Operator
Road-Rail Plant Operator job role will provide you with the skills and knowledge to operate a road/rail vehicle on-track in accordance with the network owner’s policies and procedures.
Rail Bound Plant Operator Medium/Heavy
This course is designed to enable you to operate self-propelled road/rail vehicles under 10 tonne, on track, within a defined worksite.
Cat 3 Rail Medical – Chullora

TfNSW Accessing the Rail Corridor Induction

Sydney Light Rail Protection Officer
This program involves the skills and knowledge required to work as a Protection Officer on Sydney Light Rail. As a Light Rail Protection Officer there is a legal, contractual and moral duty of care to uphold general workplace safety principles and adhere to regulations, rules and standards applied to the light rail network.
