Acquisition of Eureka 4WD Training
Effective from 27th May, Workforce Solutions by Engenco (a division of the Engenco Group) are pleased to announce that we will be acquiring Eureka 4WD Training PTY LTD – RTO ID 52488 and all business assets. The business will be led by Anthony Fritsche and existing Managing Director Frank Delanotte.
For Engenco, this acquisition represents an exciting opportunity for new business growth, service expansion and development amongst the two training business entities: CERT Training and Eureka 4WD Training. Together the businesses will be able to expand their RTO accredited training offerings and continue to provide high quality, reliable, industry leading training to their customers.

Importantly, the acquisition also positions the Workforce Solutions by Engenco Division as a leader in training services across both rail and 4WD training services.
